Tornado!

As my Dad and Mom heard the weather radio alert beeping, they got up to see what it was. The forecast said, it was a tornado warning for our county. My Dad ran down stairs to get my brother and I up. When he came into my room I was fast asleep, so he woke me up and told me what the forecast was (I knew it was bad weather,) so I jumped out of my bed at 4 o'clock in the morning, ran in the pouring rain to the shed to grab Smokey (cat), so that he could be safe inside the house, with the dog and Frisca (cat). Boom, Boom the thunder rolled and a bolt of lighting lighted the whole sky up, like a fire works display. Smokey, (the cat in my arms) was scared of the thunder and lighting, he jumped and buried his head in my arm, as if to say, I don't like this, I don't want to hear this loud commotion!

When the tornado warning was gone at 5:30 am, we all went back to our beds to get somemore sleep. In the morning, yet another tornado warning, and my dad had to go to work! We all prayed that God keep my Dad safe from the bad weather, and about an hour later the clouds rolled away, and the bright, beautiful, sun came in to shine bright. Several hours later the clouds were back and another, tornado warning was for our county. 
My mom and I were sitting on the front porch looking at the clouds go by, we saw several funnel and wall clouds all around us. Let me tell you that, that very day we had probably more then 20 funnel/wall clouds that came over the top and all around us. I believe that God was watching over our home. 

Yes Jesus is coming very soon. These natural disasters are a sign of His coming, it's even nearer then it was when I was a little tot.

Satan is watching his chances to secure souls to himself and unless we have God’s protection, he will break forth in violence and his angels will be set at work to do some marked mischief. The terrible tornadoes, the railroad disasters the calamities at sea, are because of Satan’s wrath. The Lord does not work a miracle to protect those who are constantly working against Himself and strengthening the power of darkness. And this is only the beginning. Their hearts will not repent because they are fully set in them to do evil and that continually. These  disasters which should make men afraid, are now regarded only by those who fear for their own personal safety, themselves and those connected with them.—Letter 3a, 1883. {3MR 318.2}

Will you be ready? Will you be ready for Jesus to come?
It is coming nearer and nearer each day...
I can't wait to look up and see Jesus's sweet face. And to see all of his wonderful creatures that he has made, to be able to ride on a mighty lion or to fly with the brilliant eagles. And to see friends and family that I haven't seen for years and to meet all of those people that you have never even seen. Won't that be wonderful? I sure do not want to miss seeing that marvelous, Holy City.
