Peace, be still...
"And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm." Mark 4:39
As we try to fight the waves on our own, we soon find that we can no longer fight the strong waves, we loose strength, we loose sight of our Beloved Master. Jesus has His arms open ready to catch us when we are ready. When we cry out to our Master, He comes and helps us get through the waves of temptation. Satan jumps at every chance he can get to tempt us, especially when we are weak.
"Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it." Psalm 34:14
To be armed...
Everyday we have to spend time with Our Savoir, praying and reading His Word, so that when evil Satan tries to tempt us, we can be armed with the Armor Of God. Wear the Armor Of God everyday, so we can have the power to overcome sin.
